Davidson Rides Ten at Plantation FieldBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · September 22, 2014
Bruce “Buck” Davidson, Jr. had a successful weekend at the Plantation Field International Horse Trials held in Pennsylvania. Riding some experienced upper-level horses as well as several promising young mounts in the lower levels, Davidson finished in first place on Be Mine out of a huge field of 83 contestants in the CIC two-star division. At the CIC three-star level, he collected second-place honors on Copper Beech (half a point behind the leader) and was third on Ballynoe Castle RM out of 52 entries. Rides in the Advanced, Open Intermediate, and Open Preliminary divisions rounded out his string of ten entries for the event.
