Kentucky horse owners and others associated with the horse industry in Kentucky are asked to participate in a survey to update statistics as to how many horses, breeds, and riding disciplines are found in the state. The survey will also attempt to determine the current economic impact of the horse industry in Kentucky. The project is a joint effort of the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Kentucky Horse Council, and the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).
