Kentucky Equine Research (KER) was well represented at the 2014 Red Hills International Horse Trials, held March 6-9 in Tallahassee, Fla.
F.I.S. Prince Charming, owned by KERx-sponsored rider Lisa Barry, was piloted to a seventh-place finish in the Advanced division by Hannah Sue Burnett. F.I.S. Prince Charming, also known as Peanut, receives KER•Flex and RiteTrac as part of his regular diet.
Buck Davidson, who utilizes KERx products as well as KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds, competed eight horses at the event. His top finishes included a sixth with Riviera in the CIC* and second aboard Ballynoe Castle RM in Open Intermediate, a longtime partner that is slowly returning to competition following a bone bruise. Buck told media he hopes to compete with him at the Rolex Kentucky CCI**** this spring.
