KER-Sponsored Rider Davidson Rides Two at The ForkBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · April 8, 2014
At the 2014 International Horse Trials held in Norwood, North Carolina, KER-sponsored rider Buck Davidson collected fourth-place honors in the CIC*** division with Ballynoe Castle RM. Buck was tied for sixth place after the dressage phase, had a clean round in show jumping, and picked up a few time penalties on the cross-country course to finish just a point and a half out of first place.
Buck’s second ride on The Apprentice earned them a ninth-place finish in the Advanced A division.
Sponosored by Kentucky Equine Research (KER), Buck typically rides several horses in each event he enters. With their busy schedule of training, travel, and competition, Buck’s event horses have to be at the top of their game, and Buck trusts KER-formulated feeds Ovation and Re-Leve Sport to supply all the nutrients and energy required for top performance. Ovation, a pelleted feed, is designed for sport horses requiring balanced energy for maximum performance during competition and efficient muscle recovery afterwards. Re-Leve Sport is a textured feed containing balanced omega fat sources and fiber-based carbohydrates for optimal performance, providing calories that deliver manageable energy for optimal sport horse focus.
