Wellington-based dressage trainer Endel Ots won three National Dressage Championship titles at the USDF National Dressage Finals in Lexington, Kentucky.
In his first time competing at the event, Ots won the Prix St. Georges Championship Open with a score of 71.009% on his mount Samhitas, a horse owned by Jeanie and Gary Vander Ploeg.
Ots’ student Chase Hickok won two divisions with Sagacious HF. They won the Grand Prix Freestyle Champion Open with a score of 74.167% and the Grand Prix Championship Open, scoring 70.667%.
Ots relies on KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds to fuel the performance horses in his stable. He chooses Ovation, a palatable formulation designed for sport horses requiring balanced energy for maximum performance during competition and efficient muscle recovery afterwards.
