Mary Jordan Named as Alternate for WEG TeamBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · June 11, 2014
The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has named Mary Jordan as an alternate rider for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games U.S. Para-Equestrian Dressage Team. Mary, who lives in Wells, Maine, rides a 1993 Hanoverian gelding named Sebastian. The gelding is owned by Deecie Denison. Mary and Sebastian recently competed in the CPEDI three-star division at the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida.
Mary keeps Sebastian in good condition by using Ovation sport horse feed designed by Kentucky Equine Research (KER). He also gets omega-3 fatty acids from EO•3, joint support from Synovate HA, and RiteTrac digestive support. These nutritional supplements were designed by KER to support the efforts of hard-working equine athletes.
KER sponsors Mary, who commented, “Sebastian has never looked better. The Ovation feed is outstanding for him. He’s working six days a week, has been packing on weight and muscle, and is dappled from nose to tail. He is outperforming horses a third of his age, and his hooves and digestion are great.”
