Sponsored Eventer Wins at Borde HillBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · June 6, 2017
KER-sponsored rider Liz Halliday-Sharp recently competed at the Borde Hill Horse Trials in Haywards Heath, England.
Liz won with Castlefield Flash Cooley in a section of BE100, saying, “He is such a special horse and gets better every day.” She placed third with Gorsehill Cooley in a Novice section and placed sixth with Osh Cooley Quicksilver in another Novice section.
Liz also competed recently at the Little Downham Horse Trials in Cambridgeshire, England. She competed in Open Intermediate with Carpe Diem and Deniro Z, who both did well in dressage and had double clears.
Liz uses KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds in the U.S. and KER-partner Saracen Horse Feeds in the U.K. She also relies on Bio•Bloom™ PS, EO•3™, Restore® SR, RiteTrac™, and Synovate HA® to give her horses the support they need to perform their best.
“When horses are traveling it is important to have some consistency in their feeding program. When we spend half the year in the United Kingdom, we choose Saracen because they are a direct partner of KER,” explained Liz. “We know that we are going to have the same quality of feed so that our horses will have a direct changeover.”
