Sponsored Jumper Rider Bluman Opens New York FacilityBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · July 16, 2015
Daniel Bluman, an international show jumper, has moved his base of operations from Florida to a new facility in New York. Bluman Equestrian NY is located at Hunters Moon Farm on Long Island, about 30 miles from New York City.
Bluman Equestrian NY will offer full-service boarding and training for hunters, jumpers, and equitation riders. Training will emphasize mastery of the fundamentals of flatwork and jumping skills with a goal of optimizing the performance of both horses and riders.
Sponsored by KER Sport Horse Nutrition, Daniel uses several feeds from this line to fuel the horses in his stable. Ovation, a palatable formulation containing fat sources and complex carbohydrates, is designed for sport horses requiring balanced energy for maximum performance during competition and efficient muscle recovery afterwards. E-Clipse provides energy from a balance of sources including cereal grains, vegetable oil, and super fibers. Advanced antioxidant technology is available in E-Clipse through the inclusion of natural-source vitamin E.
Among many other triumphs, Daniel’s competition accomplishments include a win in the Dublin puissance, a third-place finish in the World Cup Qualifier in Spruce Meadows, a victory in the finals in Wellington 2013, a tenth-place result in the team competition of the World Championships, and a win at the FTI 5* Grand Prix of Wellington.
