Sponsored Riders Win at Adelaide Three-Day EventBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · November 23, 2015
KER-sponsored riders Amanda Ross and Megan Jones both captured wins at the 2015 Adelaide International Three-Day Event in Adelaide, Australia.
Amanda Ross led from the Dressage phase at the Horseland CCI 2* with Dicavalli Diesel. The brown gelding, owned by Fraser and Chrissy Brown, scored a total of 44.80 points with only 2.4 time faults and 4 jumping faults adding to their final score.
Ross depends on KER products to ensure optimal performance from her horses. “I wouldn’t dare leave home without Restore electrolytes," she said. "Restore replaces the minerals lost in sweat from the tough workload, three phases of competition, and variable conditions. An absolute must-have.”
Megan Jones won the Gow-Gates Exhibition Eventing Grand Final with her chestnut mare Kirby Park Impress. She also rode with Kirby Park Allofasudden in the CCI 4* and Hunter in the CCI 2*.
Jones relies on KER feeds and supplements to keep her horses in superior condition. “Kirby Park Allofasudden is a laid-back thoroughbred who needs a high-grain diet to provide him with the energy he needs for top-level competition," she said. "As his work and feed increases and the competition season starts, I add EquiShure to his diet to maintain the hindgut in optimal condition and function, keeping him comfortable and able to utilize the feed given to him.”
