The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association will host a Thoroughbred Ownership Seminar on August 9 in Saratoga Springs, New York. The seminar is open to anyone interested in purchasing a Thoroughbred racehorse.
Topics will include how to build a racing stable, veterinary concerns, how to establish and maintain communication between owners and trainers, and issues related to accounting and insurance.
