Weber Coaches Young DriverBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · June 10, 2015

National champion four-in-hand driver Chester Weber is an ambassador for the sport of combined driving, and he shared his enthusiasm by pairing up with Riley Wiltison, a ten-year-old novice, for a one-on-one driving lesson after the Live Oak International driving competition.

Riley made his competitive driving debut less than a year ago. Earlier this spring, he claimed a sixth-place ribbon in the Training Single Pony division at the Black Prong CDE with Doll House Shenanigan. Impressed with Riley’s driving, Weber offered some coaching and climbed into the navigator’s position on Riley’s marathon vehicle to give some pointers to the next driving generation.

Weber, a three-time World Equestrian Games silver medalist, is sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research.
