Weber Wins Live Oak, Qualifies for World Equestrian GamesBy Kentucky Equine Research Staff · March 24, 2014
Chester Weber claimed an unprecedented eleventh title as U.S. National Four-in-hand Champion with a win at the Live Oak International driving event held in Ocala, Florida.
Weber led after the dressage phase on the first day of the competition, and finished by driving the only double-clear cones course on the last day. Weber, who drives a team of four Dutch Warmblood geldings, is sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research (KER). He supports the efforts of these horses by using high-performance feeds developed by KER specifically to meet the needs of intensely trained and exercised horses.
In winning the Live Oak event, Weber also qualified to represent the United States at the World Equestrian Games to be held in France in the fall of 2014.
